Not 100% sure but it looks like insects and they may be eating the inside of the leaf…pls check the underside of the leaves… I can be wrong as the picture was fairly blurry when I enlarged it. @latewood @bob31 , @Countryboyjvd1971 … These folks are a lot more knowledgable than me… Good luck

@latewood same topic. Received the ILGM plant protection kit. How early can I start treating them with the bug protector? I’m at a month from seed.
If you have a pest issue, you start now. You want to get treatment done before flowering occurs
