The variation in color in the 1st pic is genetic and won’t cause any problems for you.
The curling in the second pic, assuming your pH is okay, is likely due to the start of nitrogen toxicity. Do you know your PPM? Have you been feeding? What soil are you in?

I am using a gavita 1700e, with roots organic soil, fabric pots, and house and garden nutrient system. I don’t know my ppm, but ph in is 6.2 to 6.5. My runoff is 7.0 to 7.2. Top pic is girl scout cookie, bottom pic is future #1. Room temperature is between 72 and 80 degrees
