What wrong with my plant

I have seedling. But now it’s drooping, tips are yellowing. What is wrong with it?

I use nature cares organic soil.
Temp is about 78 degrees
Humidity is 65

For watering I use Great value drinking water. I don’t have tap water and my well water in the past has seemed to kill all my plants.

Idk about PH yet. Tester is on its way.

Is that nature’s care organics with “water conserve” do you notice the soil retaining water for a long time? Also ide recommend using some pearlite to help with drainage and aeration, other than that definitely gonna have to get on that PH when you can that is more than likely the cause
