I have these clones I just inherited they are not being grown in dirt

No worries. Clones do that. They will straighten out with true leaves. Doesnt even look like pot right now…lol were these pulled from a flowering plant?

Yes they will unfortunately it takes forever. Generally over a month. I would bet these are clones of a mother in flower.
The one below is a little under two months old and is still shooting single leaves
