I bought a hlg 300L RSpec , would this Light benefit me in my Tent.

The HLG will dwarf that light the moment you plug it in and turn it on.
Lots of light manufacturers like to make bold claims and numbers that are beyond believable.
The light is better off returned or left for a seedling tent.
Cannot return, but could use it for like you said seedlings. Don’t want to waste electricity on something that will not at least help fill in.
