I know this sounds strange, but, I did not plan on this much bud. This was an exceptional growing season and I am still trimming and curing. I grew 2-ac/dc plants and so far have 4 gallon jars of product with only one plant processed. I grew 4- OG Kush that grew into monster plants 8 1/2 feet tall. I have processed 2 1/2 plants and have 6 1/2 gallons of bud. Still a lot of bud to finish processing and I really do not need this much product. It is smoked, made into salve, hash, tinctures, oil and edibles. Is there something else I can do with it? I wish I knew someone to share with, trade with or barter or someone that really need some MMJ. We use it for my wife’s pain and other medical uses and I smoke some BUT this is insane this year. Open to suggestions. I know it sounds odd but wow, what a dilemma. Photo is early in the harvesting and curing. More has been processed since this

Dunno if you’re in a legal state, but you could talk to a dispensary to see if there was a source that they donate to. Sometimes you’d be surprised at the answer they come up with. @kolive

@kolive out of likes again, but tag me with whatever answer they give you. I heard about a program that donates to vets. Helps PTSD and the list goes on… They may have a connection with that. I dont know. The biggest problem I see is not being a licensed grower, not saying your quality isn’t there, but could be a paper politcal nightmare.
The rough trim is on the ac/dc where I use all the leaf and bud for the CBD product. The OG Kush is all trimmed of leaf.
I’m in the same boat. I have 4 pounds in jars and smoke a gram a week. So I give it away and barter it for produce and eggs and whatnot. I have a friend who’s severely disabled and has used cannabis for years, so we hooked her up.

I would also check online or whatever and see if there are any veterans in need that might benefit as well.
@Myfriendis410 is a great act to follow. I will soon be in the same boat and I am in a legal state so gifting is where most of mine will be going!
All the suggestions for giving away to needy and those who would appreciate it wonderful ideas, I encourage it, at least 10% would be very generous.
Keep a grip cured and stored properly and start planning for next year.

Im in Massachusetts. Its now legal here but you need a card to buy at dispensary.
Supposedly shops for general public open early 2018.
