Probably stretching so much because they are searching for light, you should upgrade your light source if possible or move it closer…
If I remember correctly, if you are about to change their pot, when you do bury some of the stalk to stabilize it.
I’m sure someone else with more than 2 grows experience will chime in and confirm…
If you do both these things you should have your start figured out.
Then you need to ensure you have proper watering and feeding routines to continue the plants growth.

Great advice from all, I would suggest not to keep those peat pots when you transplant. They say you can put them right in the pot but from experience you’ll get root bound
