More than likely you had a couple small drops of water on the leaves under the lights that acted like lenses and burned the spots on the leaves.
Let the soil dry out well between watering. Water only the soil away from the stem.
If you have a cover only mist the cover, not the plant to keep humidity.
Otherwise it looks ok to me.
I had one curl like mad but it came out of it after a while.

And if those are clear cups you should put them in a opaque cup. Just drop the clear into a darker one.
Roots hate light.

Well let me welcome you to this forum.
There are lots of great people here…
Others will begin to chime in soon. Try not to stress as its not that hard…Its a plant that survived long before we were around.
Im gonna tag @blackthumbbetty about the pH and TDS meters…I recall some good advice.

@Spiney_norman gave you good advice. Get your clear cup in a red one and I would dome it. Mist the dome and quit watering the soil as you can easily damp off the seedling. It’s getting essentially nothing from the soil until a taproot forms. All moisture is collected through the leaves so a dome and 100% RH is a good idea for the first two weeks.
