What Pot Size for 5x5 tent and 4 plants

I asked myself this same question. I’m going with at least 5 gal based on photos take a bit longer to grow and I don’t want them to get root bound. Somebody else might have other reasoning but that’s mine.

the difference in pot size is significant because of root volume. You are almost doubling the area for water, air and food. The problem becomes size of grow area. Do you have the room for large plants? The opposite is also true, small pots mean that roots consume all nutrients very quickly, thus big plants in small pots are more prone to lock outs, deficiencies and toxicities. They require more constant feeding too. So long as your intent is to grow your weed fast, veg only as long as needed and switch right away, pot size is not really a big deal. If however, you intend to veg longer and stretch out your grow, pit size really starts to be an issue! The old adage, bigger pots grow bigger plants is quite true, but big plants are generally not ideal for most indoor growers.
