Hello as a seedling using 200 watt led ac infinity grow light what distance should I keep the light from my seedling and at what level.AC infinity light changes in increments of 20’s?

Your in the rite area I’d probably go to 50-55% with the light your height is good. I’m running 200 watts at 30 inches with seedlings.

I never have my lights at 18” unless I’m flowering. A seedling doesn’t need bright bright light. Raise it to 30” and monitor from there

36” above seedling 50% or lower
24” above veg 50-75%
18” above flowering 75-100%

Seedlings dont need to much light for a week or unless you need the heat.

That’s why I had to run the light at 260w at 30" and move the plants off to the side.
