What Kind of Glow Lights?

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks.

“I would like to know what grow lights i will need for the growing and blooming process. I want the 4ft flourescent type lights. Will the flourescent bulbs work in my standard light fixture?? Need info so i can get my new plants indoors and under some lights”

5500-6500 Kelvin (blue spectrum for veg)
2500-2700 Kelvin (reddish orange/ yellowish orange specttum for flower)

You can get led lights or metal halite and high pressure sodium bulbs. Led lights are more efficient for electricity bills and cheaper to run
