What is this? tent grow in Coco

So yesterday afternoon I soaked their medium for the first time. One of them had this going on when I woke up this morning. Nothing moving aroun in the Coco at all.

She’s kinda big for that little container. Looks hungry…

Do the containers have drain holes? Unless the nutrients is Jack’s the ppm might be a little on the high side for that age. Probably is time to up pot too.
