Hello Everyone I am a beginner grower never have I grew before . I don’t know what is going on with my plant ? I need guidance if anyone can help I greatly appreciate it.

Some pics in more natural light would help. Looks like you are maybe talking about some damage on leaves, but it’s kinda difficult to make out.
You may want to back fill around your root ball a little bit more too.

Have you been checking and adjusting your ph? What media are you growing in? My first thought is you may have a little bit of ph issue.
Filling out support ticket would give us answers to most of typical questions.

Would be interested to know what tds is, miracle grow soil is probably a little hot and causing at least some of the issues you are seeing. Ph could be a little lower too.
What is TDS? What soil would you recommend and what brand ? How do I lower the PH ? How many plant should I have in this size tent ?
Suspended solids, is basically a way to tell how much of nutrient charge you have.
I like roots organic original, but there are several others more suitable.
By using ph adjuster to water you are applying.
Depends on how big the plants are. Some will say 1 plant, and others can successfully grow 5 or more.
Have a pic in natural light?
Are they getting enough water?
I put a stick in the soil which is supposed to tell me if it’s dry or wet so about ever 4 days or so Im watering them
