What is this growth

Discovered this growth on my plant that is flowering… 5 months old… Don’t know soil, has perlite… Feed b1 vitamin but haven’t since its been flowering just water… and seaweed 0-0-1 today just a quarter teaspoon per gallon… Temps are 90’s to 100’f this week… Should I be worried about this growth
