In the grow Bible it tells you how far above your seedlings the light should be…if your using fluorescent lights. What if your using a 185w led.
Depends on the light but usually 300-450 par which for Mars hydro and spider farmer 1000w is about 24 inches
Its a Kingsled led. 1000w, which i was told was actually 185w. It has the 2 switches on it for veg and bloom. Thank you for your response
My leds i put as close as i can. If u can hold your hand on top of canopy comfortably i say go for it.
