My short answer is yes…I use the cuttings when I am trimming for training and growth …These are the preflowers taken at a Y on a branch…
I have about a 30% success rate…
You can get a lot of different answers to what is the best way to grow bud and they would all be legit. If you download the Grow bible that can give you some good starting points. You can clone a budding plant but any active buds will die back and it will go back into veg mode.
