Stretch reference is to when you put an photo period plant into flower. About the first 2 weeks the plant will grow (stretch) to almost can double in size.

Thank You. I wasn’t sure if they were saying 1 plant per meter squared would produce more than a plant with less space or what. I was planning on growing hydroponically but now thinking different.

210z per square meter refers to the potential yield of a plant that has a footprint of 1m x 1m and is grown in optimum conditions.
