What is it and how do i get em gone

Looks like aphids. Captain jacks dead bug will get them gone.

Those are 100 percent aphids

Also looks like they’ve already caused rot …Unless that’s just a yellow leaf …but that close to an infestation like you have going there …I’m betting it’s rot …
Cut out the rot …
To get rid of any that are left …
You can spray them with water …knock them off …
Come back in a few hours and do it again …
Do this for a few days …and then anytime you see them again …
