Those are ready to be put in a bigger pot. Could be contributing to the leaf problem as it has probably depleted all nutes in the soil that is there. I don’t know what specific deficiency that is.

Desperately needs re-potting. Use cannabis-friendly soil and avoid time-release nutrients. I use aurora Roots Organics original
Look for bugs on the undersides of the leaves.
