Go to seed store & look up extreme high thc. Indicas will do the trick. Crystal is high in thc & cbds & easy to grow. Bananna Kush has a higher thc but lower cbds. Skywalker is also a good strain. None of these i use during day. Daytime i like amnesia haze.

Jack Herer is one of my personal daytime pain meds.
Most of the indicas work well on me for couch lock.
