What is best set up for a 4’x4’x5’ grow tent

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

What is best set up for a 4’x4’x5’ grow tent. Charcoal filter is it okay to exhaust cleaned air back in tent or exit out the tent and why? I have a 24”x 39” 1000 watt bulb in air cooling hood. How far should light be above sprouted seedlings and some 6” clones? what light power setting? Thank you

Charcoal filter should be placed inside tent and air should be discharged outside of tent
For Heat and humidity removal
Start at 30 inches with that light if you have adjustable balast start at a lower setting at first sprouts dont need a lot of light clones on the other hand meed more
