What is a trichome?

Can someone tell me what exactly is a trichome?

They are the “resin” gland “crystals”.

Yes, how did you get those images?

You might be able to get images like these with something like this:

Sometimes I just wanna type “google it” lol

Gee, I thought this was a “Support Forum” not a place to get criticized for asking a question.

A trichome is the vessel that once developed, will hold the THC as it develops, and matures.

It is shaped like a ball on a golf tee, or a mushroom to some. You need a 60-100 microscope, pocket microscope or jewelers loupe to see trichomes in detail.

Trichomes are how growers determine when to harvest their plants to their own taste.

Of course; You can do a search for it and read a more scientific answer.
