I have noticed the smell of my auto’s have lost its punch and smells more green than usual. I’m about two or three weeks from harvest, the tricomes are cloudy still and have not yet turned Amber. Is this normal or did I miss something? As always I learn so mush from y’all and only listen to this group so thank you in advance.

I had that happen after a 94f heat spike(mid flower). I believe it fried the terps/ fragrance from emmiting their noxious bouquet we all love so much…
I noticed if I took the VPD way out of the given range, the aromas would also diminish.
Not sure if yours went through either of these events.
It will return in the final product though… Just Be sure to dry Low and slow (60f/60%rh) and give her a nice cure.
I haven’t had any heat spikes, ph or any unusual thing happen. I can smell that wonderful smell when I open the room but when I smell the bud it just smell green “if green is a smell”

It is my first grow and I have so much to learn. I wanted to do one just so I could learn some before doing 3 or 4 at once. Thank you

I can’t explain why @Growsome they all of a sudden lose that smell. Best the keep the humidity low late flower with ventilation so it won’t get gaumed up
Try and keep your rh as low as u can get it 35 40% especially at lights out. The smell will most likely come back some strains lose it from r a minutes. It should be okay tho.
I don’t really have an answer, but I know when my tent is full, I go noseblind. Can’t even smell it unless I leave for a few hours. But sure enough, when I open the grow room, BAM!
