can somebody help first time growing in side , 3’ x 3’ shower , is the mars hydro ts 1000 watts led light any good ? for 1 plant , in the 3 x3 space , can’t afford much it’s 150.00 bucks , please help , or is something better for the same price ??? thank you all ,vern

It’s not the best light in terms of true quantum board lights like HLG makes but it’s better then the blurple crap they started with. Technically that light is good for flowering a 2x2 area but I think it’ll be ok for one plant in a 3x3.

If you take a look around at DIY lighting you could build a light yourself that would light a 3x3 really well. It would be around 200 bucks to do it but you would get a way better light for an extra 50 bucks

I have that same light in a 3x3 tent. it was not my first light. i made the mistake of buying a cheap blurple the first time around and, i now say that this light was my second mistake. its a pretty nice light and great for veg, but it is not sufficient for flowering. i am not seeing anywhere near the yields others are posting and my buds are very pretty, but admittedly light and fluffy. the light you are referencing is approx 150 watts (at the wall). there are some GREAT threads on here for light selection and as @imSICKkid mentioned for a little more you can do a lot better. lots of folks on this site with crazy knowledge.

I’m running 2 mars hydro tsl2000 in a 4x4 right now. They are really good but you can definitely get better for a little more buck. But that being said mine have preformed very well and I can’t knock them.Here are some results

thank you looks good to me , i just order one the mars hydro ts 1000 so don’t know how it will work , i am going to grow in my shower and it 32 x 32 , for 1 plant , people on amazon 3,800 reviews stars 4 1/2 out of 3,800 not bad , i grow out side , but wanted to play in winter ,lol yours look good 1 light for 1 plant , should be good i hope , thank you , vern
