Ya I have a hard time with defoleing. I do some but not to much. At the end I defole more. But all to there own.

I love defol time, smells so good, so rewarding when finished. Even with small defol sesh. Start low, if it has any damage gotta go, move up a little to help remove a few large fans cover lower sweet spots. Start slow and you will be very surprised how she takes it and begs for more🤘

Ya it’s good. I was just doing some myself. But people get carried away and next thing you got a stick with some bud on it. Take some big stuff and low inner stuff but let it be a plant.
