Have you checked the tricomes on the buds yet?
I don’t see any foxtailing. It just looks like an ordinary immature bud to me.

Looks like it’s still growing. Keep an eye on trichomes and let her go. Ever try to grow one too far just to see what happens and what it looks like for future reference? The information gained firsthand for future grows far outweighs one super nice plant. Good luck
