What deficiencie is this?

Indoor tent. 78-80 degrees. Led light. Soil grow 5 gallon smart pot. Ph 6.5-7.0. Humidity 40-45 % 3.5 week flower. Exhaust fan and intake fan and circulation fans. 12/12 m3 Michigan soil plants look good. Pick is of happy frog soil. No bites yet just cal mag 2 days ago. Here’s a pick of plants in 7 gallon m3 mix !

Hard to tell but may be start of phosphorus deficiency but I could be off

This is a bit on the high side. Try to keep your pH between 6.2 and 6.8.
I agree with @Skydiver it appears to be early stages of phosphorus deficiency, which may be caused by the high pH.

Cal-mag looks like.

Updated pic look like a calcium deficiency rather than phosphorus.
What do you have available for feeding some calcium?
Also make sure your soil PH is in range of 6.2-6.8
