we’re on week 6 of our 4 plant grow. we’re using gaia green 2-8-4 and 4-4-4 in the soil and have just done of first top dress on the plants a couple of days ago. the girls are watered when dry and stay at a pretty consistent temp of 85 degrees. i’ve noticed some yellow spots popping on on the leaves of 2 plants and 1 is very droopy. any advice on what we should be doing better or change would be very appreciated. thank you!
It’s impossible to see what color they are or are turning in that light. But from what I can see looks like nitrogen overload but can’t be sure without seeing true color

Looks to me like your temps are too high and humidity is too low. Try to get your humidity up and that will help bring your temp down a bit. I like to keep my plants under 80* and humidity around 60-65% until they start to flower.
@registereduser we sprouted the plants in pea pods and transplanted them into 3 gallon pots with the nutrients mixed into the soil. next time should we just top dress instead of mixing in with the soil? and thank you, temp will be adjusted
Nutrients will depend on what soil you’re using. If you’re using coco/perlite a diluted nutrient will work. If you’re using something like FFOF I wouldn’t add any additional nutrients for about 4-5 weeks. I’ve found environmental conditions have more of an effect on plants than what soil or nutrients you’re using. Even with the best soil nutrient combination dialed in, if your environmental conditions aren’t where they need to be the plants growth will suffer. I went from dealing with heat issues in the summer to dealing with humidity issues in the winter. What I’ve noticed is keeping humidity in range is more important than keeping heat in check to a certain point. My last grow was small yield that I believe was the result of humidity being too low even though temperature was good. Look at house of hydro for a DIY humidifier. I just set one up and it’s working great. Plants look much healthier, greener fuller growth then before.
