I attached a few pictures of my the leaves, they have weird raised spots on maybe 10-15 different fan leaves. They plant is also growing VERY slow compared to my other one which is the same strain in the same conditions. Also, I the leaves are very think and slim, unlike my other plant. Any ideas what this could be?

Have you checked under the leaves and along the stems for pests?
Could possibly be burns on the leaves from water droplets under intense lighting. Are you misting or foliar feeding with lights all the way up?
I see a few purple stems on the affected leaves . Could be a magnesium or phosphorus deficiency.
