We are having trouble growing clones

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

We are new to this world and we are having trouble growing clones. We have the dome enclosures and the rock wool squares and clonex root gel , but more then half die. Any suggestions for us. Thank you for your time and help.

I would check humidity, temperature, and air flow since none of those things were mentioned. Forget the equipment and look at the science. Good luck!
