A question from a fellow grower:
What wattage and lumens do you recommend for the veg and flowering times. My friend insists on 1,000 watt with 140,000 lumens.
Is that really necessary? Is it true the more light and wattage the faster and fuller the grow…
Well, you don’t give us dimensions. Absolutely you do not need 1000 watt in a small room. We addressed this in another similar post here:

Yes. It is true that you need maximum light intensity and penetration into the lower canopy. Hope the links MacG…pposted were helpful
