Wanting to learn for indoor growing year round

This is my first grow. Starting off with White Widow. When my four plants were big enough, I put three of them outside and they’re doing well. I transplanted the fourth into a bigger pot and left it in the grow tent. It’s still growing but not as fast as the outdoors and leaves are starting to turn yellow. I took it outside today for the picture and hoping extra heat will do it some good. I won’t be able to do that when I grow in winter. I need to find out what I’m doing wrong. I can learn from my mistakes but don’t want to kill plants in the process.

First thought at seeing the plant is it looks pale and underfed and lacking nitrogen needed during veg. Completing the support ticket will provide more info for others to weigh in. Probably more than one issue going on.
