Im with @bob31 @MattyBear that not enough amber This is the hardest part the wait clip yourself a lower branch maybe that will distract you another week or so

It’s tough brother, but you’ll be happy in the long run. I would rather skimp on yeild by cutting by veg time short than harvest early. A week or so on the back end can make that big of a difference.

What’s the status on these ladies bro, did they get the chop?
She did a few days ago. Hanging right now. I waited till I saw a little Amber in the trichomes.

Jarred her today. Didn’t reach my goal of 1 ounce but close. 25.25 grams. 2.75 short. but I am happy as this is my biggest yield to date. She was the last girl on my old lighting system. I have a NL close to harvest. I’ve been supercropping her and she has had more lighting. She’s about 3 weeks away. As long as my yields are getting better I am happy. My quality is there that’s a good thing.

Following is Northern Lights just finished 9 weeks of flowering
This is my White Widow. She just finished her 8th week of flowering.
They are both photo’s. I do see some slight amber in both of them. Thanks for your input.

Now if your backing up and need the room i say you could take one down but you would be short changing yourself imo

^ I agree. As much as you want them to be prime harvest material, not there yet. It’s more about not seeing all those clear trichs than it may be seeing a few amber. Clear= not ripe. Ideally you want as much as possible cloudy. You’ll rarely get them all perfect. But if you can get to where 10% or less of them are clear without more than 15-20% Amber would be about perfect.

I’m with countryboy. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you take them now. They look real cloudy. I actually took down one of my plants at about this time just to see the effects that it will have for me. But in general I usually wait until I see them around 20 to 40% Amber. I like a little more couchlock it helps my nerve damage, sleep at night etcetera.
If you wait like countryboy says I think you’ll be happier though. They’ll put on more weight and probably even pack some more THC in at the end. I’m no expert though. 
PS @Countryboyjvd1971 IS an expert so take his advice into consideration hahaha

I also agree with @Countryboyjvd1971 trichromes still pretty clear. You want to see your trichromes become a cloudy look is how I do it. I found that you will get more ambers during your dark stage. I dint know why this happens but when I harvest after the dark stage it seems they became more amber then when I shut the lights down. Depending on time I usually go 48 hours in the dark before I chop them. So yes I’d give them more time like they said more weight and THC

I’ll jump in too. Another week or two, but they can go cloudy over night. Definitely keep taking samples.

Oh I’m literally checking mine each day from more amber. Hahaha I know it’s ridiculous but I keep doing it. I want to get these girls taken down so I can start my first ever ilgm grow!
I love just being able to talk about this stuff with someone. no one around me has a passion for growing like I do. Heck I’m the only one who smokes around here until my friends visit from out of town.
