Venting problem accured. Help

Stronger is intake and weaker is exhaust. Ok.
My question is two parted.
Is this OK numbers if I have 6 square meters grow room? Can I close that room for those vents? I have in there 2x double ended hps lights.
I have an anteroom what is may be 3 square meters. There are 2 passive exhaust 10cm/4inces.
And 2nd question is how I can dry air what come inside?
Air come outside and we have high humidity here almost all time. I have dryer inside
Like you see I have intake targeted directly to air dryer but thats not enough. Even then I have over 45rh and plants are10th week in flowering.
Can someone know some eas solution?
Even my intake is not coming directly from out. I’ve put intake other end in room where I have sawdust what I think drying air a little.

You’re setup is backwards from how most typically build them. That won’t fix a rh issue, but it could cause difficulty in scent and temp control.

You mean stronger vent must suck air out?
OK.
Scent? That’s not a problem. I don’t have neighbors :grin:and thats 6 square meters even full of fruits don’t have so strong smell outside. But if it does when I grow very smelly ones I have to install longer vent tube in woods and problem almost solved  or I can get filter. And temps seems to be OK too . 27C highest and 17C lowest. I’m underground too. Concrete walls covered with foam but floor is still open. Very rainy periods(autumn, week+raining) water pour inside. But thats not problem now. I know when rainy periods come and that time i have all veg and clones, those like humid.
