“Quick question pretty new to all this when is veggie stage needed?”
Cannabis growing consists of 2 stages (3 if you count the seeding stage)
The veggie stage is the time after the seedling stage but before the flowering stage.
During the Veg stage the plant has vegetative growth (i.e. Leafs and stems)
During the flowering stage buds start to form and the plant begins to flower.
So to answer the original question the veggie stage is always needed. Even in autoflower strains the plant will still go through a vegetative stage before it starts producing buds.
