Veg tent light suggestions

I’m just going into flower with my first grow and have decided I need a veg tent. Going with 2+2. Will a 2’ 4 bulb T5 be enough light to veg 4-6 plants?

Good light for vegging, make sure to get cold white bulbs.

Would this be better, the t5 I’m looking at had blue white bulbs. $89 with soft white bulbs.
