Veg-Bloom lighting for my Auto’s

I have a full spectrum led light and I’m currently half way thru week 2 of the flowering stage. Should I keep both Veg/bloom light on or strictly bloom(red spectrum)

I have been told to do both but not sure what is best for my plants.

27x27x62. Just bought a new light , FAMURS 3000W LED Grow Light.

I believe your helped last night as well .

Not a bad looking light for a blurple. Company/your manual says to run both.
