Was curious on when or if I should introduce UVB lighting to my girls and also could I use reptile uvb bulbs which are typically a 35 to 40 watt high output T5 light i own reptiles and have plenty extra of these bulbs and was curious if I could use 1 or 2 in the tent

I could be wrong but I think uvb slows growth but increases thc. @Hellraiser can probably give you more helpful info

UVB or any UV supplement should be used in flowering - once you have buds, and yes the reptile bulbs work fine for this purpose.
