My light has a uv bar that attaches to my scorpion. Now should I run the uv bar as I do my light or should I put
them on a different schedule

You could do either. I’ve seen both done.

UV is dangerous to your eyes and skin, it may look cool, but does nothing for your plant. Now Far Red lights on the other hand are proven to help during flowering. There are NO proven scientific studies that provide any evidence for UV lighting enhancing your product. I see lots of folks on here with UV hitting their seedlings, so if you like it do it, just be informed.

Now the uv light I’m giving my plants is UVA. Not harmful to them. From what I was told. Is this true.
