Trouble with stems too long

Planted seeds and they sprouted but the trunk of the plant is growing to 3" already and the leaves are very small. Plants are falling over. What is wrong?

Do you have a fan lightly stirring the plant about? Probably not as you also noted you have no ventilation. A light breeze can help a plant develop stem strength and rigidity. It also helps the plant’s leaves take up more CO2 faster.

LED 2x 100 what? 5000K is a good full spectrum color rating to be at, it would work for the vegetative growth period and the flowering period. However this is likely the main contributor to your problem. If the light is not intense enough, or close enough, getting the light closer, to a certain point (some lights can cause bleaching or burning if they get too close), the closer the light gets, the intensity increases dramatically. You can look up the inverse square property of radiation and light at distance if you really want to understand it better. But the point is if the light is not intense enough, the plants will stretch extremely without growing enough girth to stand on their own without support.
