Are the plants trimmed enough? Should we leave them as is?

Yes, they look great. I wouldn’t trim anymore unless you have a dead leaf that should be removed.

I saw a video about removing the ‘pop-corns’. Not sure if small buds on each lower branch should be removed, or should be kept.
Beside that, I’ll leave the plant alone to avoid stressing it too much.

It depends how this plant will be used. If for edibles, I let them go. For top shelf smoking, I would remove them.
