Is it good to trim these leaves from buds? Will it increase the yield?

You will handicap your plant.

They’re part of the bud building and the buds. Clean them off when you harvest. If you trip them now you stand the chance of hurting your plant.

Never remove a leaf coming from a bud (the bud-site leaves), all other big fan leaves - different story.
