Tricomes are they ready to harvest yet?

Good morning. I am having a really hard time figuring out if these tricomes are cloudy enough for harvest. This plant is in 10th week of flower. I believe she is a sour diesel. Please someone help me figure out if this plant is ready for the final flush

I see all cloudy. No amber.

You can flush, then harvest now. Or if you want a more sedative high, you can wait longer.
