Trichs not as abundant as they should be

Question. I have this GG#4 that has just been a beast. It didn’t start to preflower until day 52 and I’m at day 95 now. All my other plants have finished and all were loaded with trichomes by wk. 3-4 of flower. This one is just starting to get them. My last batch I grew this same strain and this didn’t happen. That said they also went as big. Soil is FFOF. I’ve topped dress 2x with Dr. Earths.flower girl and feeding 1x FF Beastie Bloomz, Tiger Bloom & Big Bloom. pH runoff at 6.1-6.3 ppm 1070. Is this normal for this size of plant?

Any close up of buds?

What are you looking for with trichomes? You need a portable microscope or a jeweler’s loupe to see them.

Yes. I have a portable microscope. My question is they are just starting to form 6wks into flower. My other plants started wk. 2-3.

Hlg 350r. It’s a hell of a light, but wondering if it’s part of the reason for the poor foliage. Don’t know.
