Trichomes and Harvesting

My Trichomes are all milky white should I start Flushing and Cut down in 2 weeks? Autoflower White Widow.

I harvested Sunday of one plant.40% amber
Flushed with water only for the last 3 weeks.
Drying at 73* and 53 rh
Full branches and no pretrim.

I’m a 63 yr old rookie
I have jars ready

Now what
Just want a good smooth smoke
