I want to harvest when there are very few few ambers present. Will they continue to break down ( darken) in the 48 h dark period? Also, is it ok if I can’t achieve complete darkness? I don’t want to sacrifice air circulation by putting them in a closet. I could create 70%- 80% darkness in my basement. Should a fan be circulating continuously? Thanks in advance. Sorry so many ?'s
Oh and these are autos started inside and moved out. They loved the sun!

I haven’t noticed any difference in dark period or no dark period. I’ve taken plants at 72 hours of dark and plants in the middle of their light period. Couldn’t tell you a single difference between the two.
