So I’m flying to Nevada this coming week. I know they have dispensaries and most likely sell seeds. What are the odds of me sneaking some seeds back in my luggage? I’ve gotten seeds from here before and I am pleased, but I figure if I’m there, why not?

There will be no smell for a start so a bag of seeds in the bottom of a case shouldn’t be a problem. I once brought a two foot long ornamental machete back from Africa to the UK. It was in my hold luggage and got through without a hitch

Empty the ink from a pen and fill the interior with seeds.
We traveled back from Jamaica and I tossed a handful of seeds into my luggage , no one cared

@Gjgkeb I just got back from Vegas last week. Since recently retired, I visited a dispensary for the first time ever. They did not sell seeds or clones, nor did any other of the several dispensary websites I visited. Growing at home in Nevada is illegal if you live within 25 miles from any licensed dispensary.

If you’ll be in the Vegas area, you may be better off detouring down to Needles CA or Bullhead AZ, I don’t know about the seed/clone situation in NV but I do know seeds were pretty cheap in Cali and Bullhead is so close the pricing is probably comparable. I was able to get a pack of seeds and a clone in central AZ for something like $100 - not awful considering the convenience of just being able to walk in and buy it.

Why not just get a padded envelope and mail them to your house?
I’ve gotten a couple of bags of weed sent by friends through the mail with no problems.

Ah, you may have a hard time finding much. Tahoe Wellness Center is the closest place that has seeds/clones but I’m not sure what kind of a drive that’ll be or if you’ll have transit. If it’s not legal to grow within 25 miles of a dispensary, I bet no dispensaries in Nevada are going to carry seeds (openly, perhaps).
Just found out I’m spending 3 days in Tahoe city. Think that makes a difference?

Yep! A ton. Tahoe City (or neighboring areas anyhow) should have dispensaries aplenty with seeds. I actually passed up some seeds in Needles that I regret now, it looked like TC has a lot of the same strain availability

I believe they’re all packaged as souvenirs. This is a bit of a loophole to cross state lines with them.

An Idea. Buy a bottle of something smelly like valerian root capsules. Empty a couple and fill with your seeds.
All I know is my closest airport is international. They check regular candies because people were opening and sealing them again containing THC similar products. Yes we we were pulled aside to check out actual gummy bears we brought as snacks.

They don’t sell seeds here at the dispensary.
But you mentioned you picked up some in the past.
I’m wondering from where because as far as I know nobody as far as dispensary or even breeders sell seeds in a store here?
Sorry that was a typo miscommunication, I meant I got seeds from ILGM. I just try to “sample” from where I travel, that’s why I was asking about out there
