Transplant Depth

Is is okay to transplant a plant to a depth which covers previous nodes which have been pruned? I would think that the newly buried nodes would be great rooting sites, but I’m certainly no expert.

Pic as an example where I’d transplant to the depth of the blue line.

Yes, I do this often. Just be sure to plant shallow enough that the leaves don’t touch the soil, otherwise they may get nutrients splashed on them, and they’ll die off.
Other than that, perfectly acceptable to bury a little deeper to cover some stalk.
