I have two plants from bag seeds in 5.5 inch pots and need to transplant, I want to send them to flower in about two weeks, should I put them in a one gallon or a three gallon pot? I’m growing in coco coir if that makes a difference.

I’d go with the larger pot.

3 gal is what you want for one plant in coco.

I agree completely. My soil grows use about 7 gallons of actual space. But root mass grows a lot faster/fuller in coco. 3 gal is actually the recommended space per plant for coco.
