I’m not sure how much clay rock go’s in the bottom of a 3" Net cups, also growth of my seedling have falling over, Probably from starting off to tall before transferring, are they savable and how

I have used the clay pebbles to prop up the stem. Important to keep it moist so nutrients continue to flow through the stem. I usually will put my rockwool on the bottom of the cup and cover with clay to an inch or more above. Doesn’t really need much. Just enough to keep moisture where the roots are forming.
